Refunds and Returns Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer your refund or exchange.
To be eligible for refund your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt of proof of purchase.Â
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you we have received your return. We will also notify you of approval or rejection of your return.
ExchangeÂ
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you want to exchange an item, send an email to info@glowwellnessnels.com and we will advise you of the process to be followed.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund credit, the costs of the refund credit will be deducted from your refund credit.Â
